  • Course Withdrawal: Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
  • Technical Issues: Refunds granted when persistent technical problems prevent course access for more than 72 hours
  • Content Dissatisfaction: Partial refunds considered within 30 days if course content significantly differs from advertised curriculum
  • Medical or Emergency Circumstances: Special consideration given for documented medical emergencies or family crises
  • Duplicate Purchases: Immediate full refund for accidental duplicate enrollments when reported within 7 days

Important Note: Refund eligibility decreases after completion of major course milestones. Students who complete more than 50% of a program are generally not eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances apply.
